Booking & Payment Conditions
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
Booth space will be allocated only on receipt of approval from the Showcase organisers. Confirmation of participation as an exhibitor is dependent on completion of the online Booking Application Form together with full payment from the exhibitor.
All payments should be made in New Zealand dollars. All payments due must be received by the Showcase organisers prior to the pack-in date. No organisation will be allowed to set up their booth at the Summit if full payment has not been received.
The Organisers may need to make changes to the floor plan, however, changes will not be undertaken without prior discussion with the companies affected.
If notification of cancellation of your booth is received in writing:
- prior to 15 February 2013, your payment will be refunded in full, less 20% administration fee
- from 15 February 2013, you are liable for 100% of the booth cost.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the Summit not later than 8 February 2013 in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such a case all monies paid to date will be refunded in full less any expenses incurred. The liability of the organisers will be limited to that amount.
