Booth Breakdown

Tuesday 26 March from 7.30pm to 9.30pm or Wednesday 27 March from 7.00am to 11.00am
  • Access to the Viaduct Events Centre will be made available to you for the purpose of dismantling your booth and removal of all materials from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Tuesday 26 March or 7.00am to 11.00am on Wednesday 27 March 2013. No exhibiting organisation may break down their booth prior to this time.
  • Due to venue restrictions there is no parking at the venue for exhibitor vehicles during pack out. Vehicles should only be brought onto the wharf when ready to be loaded. A designated pickup area will be available for vehicles to load. We strongly recommend that two people from each exhibiting organisation assist with the pack out process as loading times will be strictly monitored and very limited.
  • Any exhibit or material remaining after Wednesday 27 March at 5.00pm will be treated as rubbish and disposed of accordingly.
  • The Showcase organisers and the Viaduct Events Centre will not accept any responsibility for goods left behind.

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that their stand and goods on display are adequately insured against theft and damage.
