The Registration Desk will be open at the following times:

SkyCity Convention Centre:

(Level 3, Federal Street Entrance)
Sunday 24 March - 1330 - 1530 hrs

The Cloud, Auckland Waterfront:

Sunday 24 March - 1700 - 1800 hrs

Viaduct Events Centre, 161 Halsey Street:

Monday 25 March - 0800 - 1730 hrs
Tuesday 26 March - 0800 - 1830 hrs

 

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full registration fee less an administration charge of NZ$100) will be made, providing notification is received by 28 February 2013. After that date no refunds will be made.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Summit is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
