Booth Set-up

- The Viaduct Events Centre will be open on Sunday 24 March 2013 from 4.00pm - 6.00pm to allow Exhibitors sufficient time to set up their booths
- Due to venue restrictions there is no parking at the venue for exhibitor vehicles during pack in. A designated drop off area will be available for vehicles to unload. We strongly recommend that two people from each exhibiting organisation assist with the pack in process as unloading times may be limited to 10-15 minutes. More details to follow closer to the time of the Summit
- Be prepared and give yourself enough time to set up your booth
- If you would like to courier display material etc to the Viaduct Events Centre, please be aware that no goods will be accepted prior to 9.00am Friday 22 March 2013.
