Caitlin Metz joined Vodafone NZ in 2011 to work specifically on the Rural Broadband Initiative (RBI) stakeholder engagement. As well as ensuring that Vodafone’s contractual stakeholder obligations are met, Caitlin is focused on ensuring councils and communities understand the benefits of and the infrastructure required to deliver RBI.

Success is achieving resource consent and delivering all 154 RBI towers without any negative impacts. The role has expanded to include all community relations work for Vodafone NZ including developing community collaboration opportunities.
