Vince Henderson, the Permanent Representative of Dominica to the United Nations, has been in his current role since 15 March 2010. Prior to his appointment as Permanent Representative, Mr Henderson was Dominica’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Labour since November 2008. From 2000 to 2008, he served successively as Minister for Housing and Physical Planning, Minister for Agriculture and the Environment, and Minister for Education, Human Resource Development, Sports and Youth Affairs.
